Madagascar
Fonds Serasary
Created in Antananarivo in April 2011 by the Association Les Rencontres du Film Court de Madagasikara, the Institut français de Madagascar and Rozifilms. The fund was designed to help young Malagasy talent identified through the Rencontres du Film Court progress into production, while encouraging local employment, skills transfer and the circulation of Malagasy culture.
Who it may suit
Historically aimed at emerging Malagasy filmmakers and audiovisual projects connected to the Rencontres du Film Court. Its present activity and application process need confirmation.

World Cinema Fund
